Take a look at the 100 Smartest Diet Tips Ever from Prevention.com. Here’s a sample:
1. Add just one fruit or veggie serving daily. Get comfortable with that, then add an extra serving until you reach eight to 10 a day.
2. Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal.
3. Resolve never to supersize your food portions — unless you want to supersize your clothes.

The AOL OpenRide web browser is now available. The free program combines tabbed browsing, an email client, AIM chat, and a media player/file viewer. It looks sort of cool, but I don’t think internet veterans (and aren’t we all) will rush to switch from Firefox.

After missing episode 3 of Jericho last week, we discovered that CBS is putting each episode up on the web for free viewing. In fact, CBS has many shows online, and they aren’t alone. NBC, FOX, and ABC also offer full episodes online, including Heroes (NBC), Bones (FOX), and Lost (ABC).
